Cosplay Photo Competition (Cosplayer only)

Rules

1. This competition will be based on the voting by the public on Kuantan Coswalk 2016 event.

2. There will be only 1 winner and the winner must be at the event to claim it.

3. The cosplay picture submitted must be a picture of yourself.

4. This is a solo competition, so the picture should feature only you in it.

5. Only send us 1 picture per contestant.

6. No obscene / nude / offensive photos.

7. Participant have to submit the high resolution photo online to Kuantan Coswalk page inbox (winzip or winrar) or by e-mail to kinchia1986@gmail.com by follow the following format.

Do not include the instructions in the brackets( ) in your submissions.
Cosplayer : (Your name)
Character : (Character name from “series name”)
Photo credits : (If any. Not compulsory)

8. The photo submission will start at 15 February 2015 and end at 10 March 2015.

9. Contestant who did not attend to Kuantan Coswalk 2016 will be disqualified by default even if he/she won by majority vote.

Winner Prize : 1x Plushie, 1x Power Bank, 1x Anime Wallscroll

With the help from E-Like Marketing company, we manage to secure a venue for our event!

This year we choose to have a Guild Theme for our event! 😀

Hatsune Miku 8th Birthday Gathering Party 2015

A celebration for Hatsune Miku’s 8th Birthday Gathering Party at Kuantan~ regardless what had happened inside the group, i still found that it is wise to continue on something that will make everyone happy and also celebrate the Virtual Idol we all admired. This time we hosted at Animate Geck-O Hobby and Animate Cafe as they have moved to a new location with a bigger place and the place which we hosted last 2 years have been closed down. Not to mention our budget is also running low.

As the place are smaller compare to previously and due to low budget, we requested and accepted the generous offer from Animate Geck-O to host our Gathering there. At first i did not thought the crowd to be full as i expected not many people will come as that day…unfortunately the air-con also broke down so the whole place are quite hot and stuffy until we manage to open the jammed windows.

It crowd turn out from the events does give me hope to continue working on these event in Kuantan as there are a few new cosplayers whom i never seen before appeared. I am very happy to see these. Hopefully on new people will keep on appearing, join and support us. It’s not a big event but i am happy that many people turn out for it. Again, i really wish this will keep on continue as i work on the events in the future~

JANPU Festival 2015

We volunteered to assist in one of our friend’s event at East Coast area at Malaysia which also near our hometown, Kuantan. Janpu Festival 2015 was being held in Gambang, University Malaysia Pahang. Due to a few technical difficulties, they have to change the date of the event suddenly which caused many cosplayers unable to attend. Fortunately, there are still some passionate cosplayers that attended regardless. Very happy to see that there are such cosplayers in Kuantan and Pahang area~ ^^

This year they also invited Guest Cosplayer from Kuala Lumpur to enjoy their event together.

As usual, we volunteered to assist in term of Photography and Video shooting because we can’t assist in cosplay this time as the cosplayers that we know all unable to attend. As below are some of the photos taken and video recorded during their night function 🙂
