  • 星宴 THE BANQUET

    Date : 06th & 07th October 2018
    Venue : Grand Pacific Event Hall, Evolve Concept Mall
    Time : 11.00a.m – 07.00p.m

    In this event, the concept are abit special as the communities whom want to host an event was saying that they wanted to try something new. Hence, we all joined together and formed a Committee Organization…which means all of us are organizers but of coz department and work distributed nicely so that everyone knows what to do. As usual, our forte are stage management and hence the stage preparations, coordination and executions are our duty. However of coz, as usual, we still helps around at other department when they needed assistance.

    As follows they also elected one of our Guest Cosplayer, Misa Chiang to be the Honorable President to be the opening of this event, following the standard of procedure of how an registered organization operates.

    And following, since it’s a ticketed event and also a big project for us A.S.K, we also arranged a event video promotion as well for the event. Special thanks to Otoko Studio for processing the promo video for us!

    Other than ACG Event, we also collaborate with M8 Community Event (M8CE) as they bring in the Bushiroad Championship Series 2018.

    In this event, as it is also consider one of the large project that we worked on, we learned alot. We are not perfect but we tried our best to do whatever we can to solve the technical difficulties as much as possible, including something that we never exeprienced or encounter before. It is truly a refreshing experience and to be remembered.

  • NOWADAYS ANIME FESTIVAL 2018

    Our 2nd year with Nowadays Anime Festival! It’s been an honor!
    Same as last year, we will be managing and coordinating their stage program and execution.
    Also help up in setup and dismantle of the events.

  • ANIME SAIKO 2018 – KL

    After our previous project with Anime Saiko at Penang, this time they invited us to organize together with them in Kuala Lumpur! It’s our honor to work with Anime Saiko again! In this project, Anime Saiko and Sesame ACG decided to be in-charge of the Foreign Guest Cosplayers, while our A.S.K Team handle the whole event organization, coordination and marketing.

    This is the event where we call all of our active members to work it out together!


    Special thanks to our content provider, M8CE for assisting our setup as well!

  • KIKASAI 2018

    Special thanks to J.C.S of UCSI University for the collaboration to manage their stage management!
    This event unfortunately are on the same day as The Rift when their management decided to suddenly shift the date and give the CF3 Organizer a headache. However fortunately, we from A.S.K come together and proceed it through with both events with everything that we can. Thank you so much to the team for doing their very best.

  • COSWALK CONVENTION SAIKO (C2S)

    This event is our biggest joint organize event project which consist of 3 organizations!
    Also 2nd long distance big project that consist of 50+ staff traveling from states to states!

    Date : 17th & 18th March 2018
    Venue : Straits Quay Convention Centre
    Time : 11.00a.m – 10.00p.m

    For this event, we are incharge of the stage for the morning until evening sessions, media and Maid Cafe. Therefore we bring a bigger team compare to what we did in the last Anime Saiko JB back in 2017. Our partner are an organization from Penang and also an organization from Johor (Anime Saiko) whom we collab with on 2017. While our Penang’s partner handle the booth department, our Johor partner handle the concert department at night.

    In this event, we are thrown into something that is beyond us, but through patience, teamwork and strategy, we manage to overcome it. It is not easy but everyone gives their best in this. As the A.S.K founder, i will always remember it. Therefore, let us share some event photos from this awesome event that we once hosted!

  • A.S.K MC : ACADEMY MEMORIES

    A.S.K Maid Cafe : Academy Memories by our Maid Cafe Team and part of the Coswalk Convention Saiko (C2S) event in Penang!
    It’s our biggest project so far as it involved 11 Butler & Maids! Therefore we also worked with our Media Team and helpful friends on this project!

    For this, as usual, we arranged a photo sessions for 2 days at a rented studio in Cheras, Malaysia, including videoshoots as well. Since there’s so many people, hence we separated them into 2 groups for the shooting!
