  • TANABATA MATSURI & ANIME STREET

    Our 2nd official job from Gemini Event for this Tanabata Matsuri & Anime Street…which also got confirmed by the mall management 1 month before the event. It is yet another rush job but since it’s an opportunity, we must work it on it well. Same as previous event, we are responsible for the ACG & Cosplay content and also stage management. Also we help out in the marketing of the events, designs, any documentations, proposals, ad-hoc assistance and setup. Since Gemini Event also have their own Japanese culture content and stage performance, we work closely in details to make sure our content and programs doesn’t overlap.

  • ATRIA JAPAN FESTIVAL 2019

    Our first official job, hired by Gemini Event to handle their stage management and assist in Cosplay Programs in Atria Japan Festival 2019. The job offers confirmed 3 weeks before the event and therefore left us not much time to prepare, however due to our long-term exposure in such environment, our team come together and go through this with strong determination.

    In this event, we will have to not only work with Gemini Event’s organizer closely, we will also need to comply to the Atria Management’s demands to make sure it won’t give the organizer a hard time. It’s yet another challenge but with our experience, we handle it smoothly. We even manage to meet with one of our Guest Cosplayer back in Kuantan Coswalk 2015! Such coincidence!

    However, due to lack of time, we didn’t manage to arrange any photographer nor videographer for this events. Therefore, our exposure for this events are little but well, it’s a job and it’s our first official job, we make do with everything that we have. Fortunately, the organizer manage to arrange some of her friends to take some photos of the event, with it, we combined our team’s photos and share it here :

  • MAHOU GARDEN

    Venue : Happ Cafe, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
    Time : 11.00a.m – 04.00p.m

    Mahou Garden is by Roxes Maid Cafe, which they invited us to assist them on their Maid Cafe projects based on our experience in handling the operations and marketing of A.S.K Maid Cafe. It’s truly an honor!

    In this project, we assist them in finding fundings, photographers, videographers, designers and studio. It’s an awesome teamwork where we share our contacts and network from time to time to make solve any possible technical difficulties.

    With everything all in place, we manage to plan for a promo shoot and also a BTS (behind the scene video right before the event day).

  • Yet another year passed~ It’s been sometime~

    It’s really been sometime since i last posted here~ i wonder how’s other blogger friend doing? Well~ kinda busy lately arranging, organizing and planning stuff for friends. Now that i have found something i wanted to do, yet again i found that time is really not enough and short.

    It is kinda late also anyway so…i will keep this short as i need to sleep early and travel this coming weekend. Here’s something of what i been doing recently. Will be helping a friend to host an event in KL name C2AGE.
