C2AGE Version 9.0 (6th & 7th June 2015)

Last month we went to another cosplay event at HELP International School. It is pretty far from Kuala Lumpur city and not much public transport goes there. The event organizers did hire a shuttle bus to bring the attendees from the city to their venue. I would like to learn how they manage it but sadly, i do not know anyone from the organization as they consist of the College’s students whom will graduate from the college year after year.

They also made an effort to negotiate and coorperate with a local Taxi service for a set of refund for the attendees as well. I can see they really try their best to make sure people can come to their event. Not perfect but, it’s good to see they give their best to it.

Since we are traveling from Kuantan by car, it is not a problem for us. Unfortunately this our videographer friend hurt his back in an accident 2 weeks before the event. So he’s kinda having a hard time during the event when taking video. His back pains from time to time which caused him to unable to focus. Yet he still give his best to produce a video.

We also tried to share a booth with one of our K.L friend whom opened a booth to do a fund raising project for our future event and activities. Sadly, it does not goes well with what i have planned because i missed out the point which, our friends also want to enjoy. To man the booth means they can’t enjoy the event already. Will need to re-strategies on this plan again.

JANPU Festival 2015

We volunteered to assist in one of our friend’s event at East Coast area at Malaysia which also near our hometown, Kuantan. Janpu Festival 2015 was being held in Gambang, University Malaysia Pahang. Due to a few technical difficulties, they have to change the date of the event suddenly which caused many cosplayers unable to attend. Fortunately, there are still some passionate cosplayers that attended regardless. Very happy to see that there are such cosplayers in Kuantan and Pahang area~ ^^

This year they also invited Guest Cosplayer from Kuala Lumpur to enjoy their event together.

As usual, we volunteered to assist in term of Photography and Video shooting because we can’t assist in cosplay this time as the cosplayers that we know all unable to attend. As below are some of the photos taken and video recorded during their night function 🙂

Panching Cave Cosplay Photoshoot & Adventure

Got a request from a group of friends to photoshoot at a Cave. Hence, our photographer, Cincaishoot decided to shoot at one of the local cave called, Panching Cave. It is really a new experience for all of us and it feels like an adventure as we explore the cave for location that is suitable for shooting.

Since the cave is also a tourist attraction and a temple, there are people there to guide us to see something that usually we can’t see. The journey is quite an exciting one as we will have to climb on slippery slope on the rocky surface. We did also climb up to the summit as it seems there will be a good view there but…when we arrived, half of us are exhausted to even more further while other half have gone really excited and hyper that they did not know what does tired means.

The journey was really a great and fun one. Hopefully to have a chance to go on such journey again in the future. As below are the photos and video on that day :

Animax Carnival Malaysia 2015

Right after our event, Kuantan Coswalk 2015, we decided to head to Animax Carnival Malaysia 2015 at Sunway Pyramid Convention Center. I like the way the organizer organizer and standby for the crowd control. Through when the VIP arrived, the security are quite rude…guess they are very nervous with the appearance of the VIP? Haha.

Regardless, is a fun event, there’s tons of games to play and though the surrounding are quite dark but we still manage to snap pictures and shoot videos. All is good and we all enjoyed the event. As below are some of the photos and videos that our team manage to snap and shoot! x)

Kuantan Coswalk 2015

Here’s some photos from our event during Kuantan Coswalk 2015 at Kuantan Pahang, Malaysia! It manage to run smoothly thanks to the committee that gives their best during the event. Though many technical difficulties appeared during the event but everyone gives their best to solve and overcome it. Without their good teamwork and dedication, this event can never become this nice! Comic Fiesta 2014

We organized a trip to Comic Fiesta 2014 just like how we did last year 2013. This time since we had the experience, our journey are smoother and much more better organized. The hotel we choose are also the same as last year due to the location that we are much more familiar and yet again, the hotel messed up our rooms booking but this time we manage to sort out without much problem. We do however, faced a problem of major flood when we are going home on Sunday. It was than to decide whether to stay for another night or go home using the alternate route which was said to be very jam on that day. Our friend/Emcee/Operatives Kyle, decided to go using that alternate route and will keep us updated on the road status.

While deciding what to do, i gather information around from my friends, the bus driver and even called the government office for more information whether the alternate route is safe and clear to go or not. After about an hour i asking around, finally the data collected showed that the route are safe and able to travel without much traffic. That’s than i decided that we should all head home by buying dinner at KLCC before starting journey because from what i heard, the alternate route are not really well develop yet. There’s only petrol stations and nothing else along the road.

We than taken a longer way home and also paid extra for the bus fare due to the fuel consumption. However, everyone manage to get back home as promised. We left at 7p.m and arrived Kuantan around 2-3a.m. After coordinating everyone back to their home safety, i arrived home around 4-5a.m..can’t remember, was too tired that day but it’s a very nice experience and i happy that everyone coorperate with us during those hard times and give their support regardless our decision. Again, i thank you very much to those who followed us for supporting us all the way. Thank you very much!!
